A video showing an Upstate man allegedly abusing a dog led to his arrest. The Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office says Larry Arden Davis III of Woodruff is charged with animal cruelty and domestic violence.
The investigation started Sunday when deputies responded to a domestic disturbance at a home in Woodruff, Sunday.
The Sheriff's Office says investigators were shown a video showing Davis choking and abusing the dog. Davis was booked in Spartanburg County, Monday.
