A disturbing story out of Union County, as a man is accused of posing as a police officer and detaining a woman. The Union County Sheriff's Office says 59 year old, Henry Barry Winchester is charged with impersonating a police officer.
The arrest warrants says, Winchester presented himself as an officer while talking with the woman about possible suspicious activity. Winchester was booked in Union County and has since been released after posting bond.
