An Upstate man faces kidnapping and a list of other charges after being found in Oconee County with a woman he allegedly assaulted.
The Oconee County Sheriff's Office says 39 year old, Brandon Lysle Vanblarcom of Anderson is charged with kidnapping, 1st degree burglary, aggravated domestic violence, intent to distribute meth and possession of a stolen vehicle.
A Deputy responded to a welfare check call in the Tamassee Knob area of the community and found Vanblarcom and a woman inside a motorhome. The Sheriff's Office says the woman had a protective order against Vanblarcom from a domestic violence case from December.
Investigators say, Vanblarcom made entry to the victim's home, assaulted her, damaged her phone and then forced her inside the motorhome with him.
