State officials say an Upstate man is facing charges related to sex trafficking. SLED reports that 20 year old, Kobe Maleek Bailey of Taylors has been arrested for human trafficking, kidnapping and a weapons violation.
Investigators claim that Bailey assaulted a victim while armed with a gun and forced the victim to engage in sexual acts which others were paying Bailey for. He is being held in Greenville County.
