
An Upstate man who was part of a series of attacks on homeless camps around Greenville County will spend over a decade in prison.
21 year old, Seth Tyler Norris pleaded guilty last Thursday to aggravated assault and accessory to murder after the fact. Norris took a plea deal in connection to the shooting death of Joshua Garrett in 2022.
Norris is one of five people charged in the case. 27 year old, Tristan Ramey has already been sentenced to 30 years on charges of murder and attempted murder. David Norris pleaded guilty 1st degree assault back in May and has been sentenced to 10 years.
Seth Norris has been sentenced to 12 years. Joshua Norris, Seth's brother and Sonny Sorgee the mother of the Norris brothers are still both awaiting sentencing.
