A previously convicted sex offender from the Upstate is facing child sex crime charges, once again. The Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office says, Michael Anthony Exall has been arrested on 10 counts of 2nd degree sexual exploitation of a minor.
The investigation began after a cyber tipline report. At the time of his arrest Exall was already on probation for 3rd degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor.
This marks the 2nd time Exall has been arrested on child sex crime charges in about two years. He faces a mandatory minimum of five years in prison if convicted.
