An Upstate sex offender already doing time will serve an additional sentence after re-offending. South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson says, Nathaniel Leron Jordan entered guilty pleas to three counts of 3rd Degree Sexual Exploitation Of A Minor. Those charges stem from an incident in 2019, in which Jordan was found with images of child sexual abuse on his cell phone.

The AG's office says, Jordan was on probation in Cherokee County for sex crimes against a minor. His probation officer, Lt. Brandon Dorsett of the Cherokee County Sheriff's Office arrested Jordan after a routine home visit. During the visit, Jordan was found with child porn, he had been banned from using social media as a condition of his probation and was subject to random searches of his electronic devices.

Jordan was charged and was sent to prison for violating his probation. At his hearing earlier this week, Jordan was sentenced to 8 years to be served after he serves his current 5 year sentence for violating probation.
