A biological male who identifies as a woman has been arrested for making a death threat towards a Member of Congress. SLED says 19 year old, Samuel Theodore Cain of Greenville has been arrested for threatening the life of Congresswoman Nancy Mace.
Officials say Cain is a Trans-activist who goes by the name "Roxie Wolfe" and he posted the death threat online, in late April.
Cain has been arrested and is charged with threatening the life of a public official.
