Charges have been announced in a fatal Upstate shooting. The Pickens County Sheriff's Office has made an arrest in a murder case from earlier this month. 71 year old, Virginia Louise Cook is now charged in connection to the death of Augustin Demsa on October 13th.
The murder warrant says Cook shot Demsa after a heated argument outside of a home on Zion Heights Court in Easley.
