An Upstate woman is one of hundreds from around the country facing charges for healthcare fraud.
The U.S. DOJ says 37 year old, Latisha Massey of Greer, exploited a resident of the healthcare facility she worked at as a CNA.
She is accused of transferring funds from the victim's bank account to her own. Massey is charged with money laundering, financial fraud, exploitation of a vulnerable adult and multiple other crimes.
