An Upstate woman is facing charges for identity and insurance fraud. SLED says 47 year old, Miranda Jeanette Fuller is facing charges for financial identity fraud and filing a false insurance claim for payout. The charges comes after a series of events in Summer of last year involving Fuller.
Investigators say, she tried to scheme Progressive Insurance by obtaining a vehicle under someone else's identity without their authorization. Fuller also allegedly tried to file a claim on Progressive auto policy and misrepresented herself as the policy holder.
Fuller was arrested last week and was booked in Spartanburg County.
