An Upstate woman is facing charges after a human trafficking investigation. SLED says 32 year old, Brooke Elizabeth Louise Foster is charged with five counts of human trafficking a victim under 18 years old.
SLED was called in by the Greenville Police Department to take over the investigation. The arrest report says, Foster created online posts advertising sexual acts with the 16 year old victim.
Foster is being held at the Greenville County Detention Center.
