A suspect is in custody after two Upstate homes were vandalized last week. The Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office responded to a home on North Sweetwater Hills Drive, Friday afternoon.

A woman had been seen on camera trying to break into a home and there was damage to the garage door. A short time later the suspect's vehicle was pulled over on Moore-Duncan Highway. The driver 37 year old, Natalie Woodruff failed DUI sobriety tests.

Deputies later responded to a home on East Main Street and found the home had suffered significant damage. Video showed that Woodruff had been at that home prior to the traffic stop.

Woodruff has been charged with 2 counts of 1st degree burglary, two counts of property damage, DUI and petty larceny.
