An Upstate woman is dead after a motorcycle crash, Wednesday morning. The crash happened on Jones Road in Spartanburg County. The South Carolina Highway Patrol says a motorcycle was traveling West on Jones Road, when it ran off the road and crashed.
Both the motorcyclist and a passenger were injured and were taken to a hospital. The passenger identified as 30 year old, Hayley Smith of Gaffney later died at the hospital. The crash remains under investigation by the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
