On March 25th, 2026, deputies with the York County Sheriff’s Office responded to social media posts from a woman in Greer, South Carolina, that appeared to threaten President Donald Trump and his supporters.
Detectives quickly launched an investigation and worked to determine whether the threat was credible. Authorities say they have found no evidence of a real danger at this time.
The woman, who previously lived in Fort Mill, recorded the video in Greer. As a precaution, the U.S. Secret Service has been notified and is continuing to investigate the situation.
