An Upstate woman will avoid any further jail time after pleading guilty after a deadly shooting, nearly four years ago. The charges against 24 year old, Ivy Robinson came after Greenville County Deputies responded to a shooting on Clemson Avenue in October of 2022.
Upon arrival, deputies found the victim 24 year old, Curtavious Smith suffering from gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Robinson pleaded guilty to a charge of involuntary manslaughter.
Court records show that Robinson has been sentenced to time served.
