The National Association of Relators says, South Carolina had the 4th largest population growth of any station in the country, last year. The Palmetto State gained nearly 85,000 new residents.
That's something that local real estate agents like Mac Herron of Allen Tate Realty is taking notice of. " We are one of the top move-to destinations in the country. Seeing a lot of people move out of the more expensive states to live in like New York and California and moving here".
