One person is injured after a Friday night shooting in Greenville County. The Sheriff's Office responded to a reported shooting on Carly Drive in Greenville around 1130 PM.
Deputies found the victim a few miles away on Evelyn Drive . He was suffering from a gunshot wound to the head and was transported to the hospital. There's been no update on the victim's condition.
Investigators say the victim had been in a fight with unknown suspects and that led to the shooting. No arrests have been made and no suspect information has been released. Anyone with info on the shooting is urged to contact CrimeStoppers of Greenville at 23-Crime
