The victim in a fatal shooting in the Upstate has been identified. The Greenville County Coroner's Office says 31 year old Lawreese Prince Williams was shot and killed at a residence on Pine Creek Drive in Greenville. The Greenville County Sheriff's Office says they responded to the reported shooting around 3 PM Monday afternoon and found the victim dead at the scene.
The initial report from the sheriff's office said they detained the shooter, but there's still be no word on charges or an arrest in the case. The coroner's office says Williams died from multiple gunshot wounds and his manner of death has been ruled a homicide
