
A group gathered in the Upstate last night to honor victims of fatal domestic violence incidents. A candlelight vigil organized by the Domestic Violence Coordinating Council was held in Greenville.
Just this year, there have been nearly three dozen fatal domestic violence episodes in South Carolina. Four of those have been in Greenville and Pickens Counties.
The Domestic Violence Coordinating Council, or DVCC, works with survivors of victims and connects survivors of domestic violence with community resources.
