A wanted suspect from North Georgia is in custody after being arrested after a traffic stop in Oconee County. 42 year old, Harold Franklin Curry Jr of Toccoa was taken into custody after a traffic stop Saturday night in the Foxwood Hills area of the county.
Curry Jr. was wanted on fugitive warrants from Stephens County. The Sheriff's Office says that meth was found inside the vehicle resulting in Curry catching an additional possession charge.
Curry was taken into custody and has since been extradited back across the state line to Stephens County.
