Was the Supreme Court document leaked for political reasons?

On Tuesday, there was nationwide talk about a U.S. Supreme Court document that was leaked. The document was a draft of the decision is the case of Dobbs vs Jackson Women's Health. The draft pointed towards the Supreme Court betting set to overturn the 1973 Roe vs Wade ruling. The source of the leak has not been determined, as of this time. However, many have speculated this was done with political motivations. U.S. Congressman from the Upstate Jeff Duncan said as much in a statement he released Tuesday. Protests formed across the country incredibly quickly after word of the information in the leaked document spread. So quickly, that many think that the whole thing was an orchestrated plot.
