Rising tensions between Russia and Ukraine are likely to mean escalating gas prices. GasBuddy.com says the tensions there plus rising demands for oil could make the prices "get ugly" in the coming weeks. In the Upstate, gas was an average of $3.25 per gallon last week. I expected gas to get to $4 per gallon sometime later this year, but now I wonder if that will come sooner than expected? What do you think?
