The City Of Greenville is investing 15 million dollars in affordable housing. Four developments are in progress in Greenville's West End and Southernside neighborhoods. A couple of those developments are being built adjacent to Unity Park and will have nearly 150 affordable units. Another building is being built at the intersection of Oscar and Nassau Streets. The Lighthouse Unity development near Holloway Trail is slated to have 190 affordable units. Will the new affordable housing in Greenville be a good thing for the city?
