A Western North Carolina business owner is accused of sexually assaulting an employee. The McDowell County Sheriff's Office says a victim reported being sexually assaulted by her boss while at work.
The suspect has been identified as Maximiliano Guardian is said to be the owner of Guardian Home Improvement LLC in Marion. He has been arrested and is charged with forcible rape. Guardian was booked in McDowell County and has initially been denied bond.
