A Western North Carolina teenager is facing charges after a stabbing there, earlier this week. The Henderson County Sheriff's Office responded to a reported stabbing in the Mills River Community, Tuesday.
Upon arrival, deputies found a woman suffering from multiple stab wounds. She was taken to a hospital to be treated. The suspect 18 year old, Harrison West was then taken into custody.
He's charged with assault with a deadly weapon. There's been no update on the victim's condition and there's been no details released on what led to the stabbing.
