An Upstate pharmacy was the scene of a disturbing episode, Tuesday night. The Spartanburg County Sheriff's Office responded around 7:15 to the Walgreens on Boiling Springs Road.
Upon arrival, deputies located a woman who was armed with a butcher knife. The suspect identified as 41 year old, Jennie Manphonsy of Boiling Springs refused to cooperate with deputies.
They were able to disarm her and take her into custody. Manphonsy faces charges of resisting arrest and trespassing. She's currently being held at the Spartanburg County Jail.
