The drunk driver who drove the wrong way and caused a fatal crash now faces multiple felony charges. 29 year old, Kara Rae Reynolds was arrested Tuesday morning on charges of Felony DUI Causing Death and Felony DUI Causing Great Bodily Harm. The charges stem from a crash on February 20th.

The Greer Police Department says, Reynolds was driving the wrong way down West Wade Hampton Blvd., when she collided with a pick up truck. The driver of the truck William Ford was killed in the crash and his wife suffered severe injuries. The toxicology report says Reynolds blood alcohol level was over 4 times the legal limit.
