A big change is coming to this week's final presidential debate. The Commission on Presidential Debates announced it will mute mics during Thursday's meeting between President Trump and Democratic nominee Joe Biden. Each will get two minutes of uninterrupted time at the beginning of every 15-minute segment. To enforce this rule, the candidate who does not have the floor will have his mic muted. After those two minutes, the mics will be on for open discussion.
