Spartanburg, S.C. – BMW Manufacturing will welcome more than 900 middle and high school students to its Technical Training Center on October 6 for Manufacturing Careers Day 2026, an event designed to inspire South Carolina's next generation of manufacturing professionals and connect students with career opportunities in the state's growing manufacturing sector.
Held during National Manufacturing Month, the event will bring together representatives from more than 12 organizations, including BMW departments, supplier partners, technical colleges, workforce development agencies, and educational institutions. Through interactive exhibits, hands-on activities, facility tours, and direct engagement with industry professionals, students will gain firsthand exposure to innovative technologies and career pathways shaping modern manufacturing.
