Governor McMaster was in the Upstate Thursday. He toured a veteran owned business in observance of Veterans Day. Afterward, the Governor spoke to reporters. He spoke about the obscene reading material that has been found in South Carolina Schools. The Governor says that their are systems in place to keep that from happening. He says though those are locally governed and the state currently doesn't screen the material prior to those local decisions. Hear his comments on the matter below.
