A child was fatally wounded in a drive by in the Low Country earlier this week.The Jasper County Sheriff's Office says A 5-year-old has died from gunshot wounds suffered in a drive by shooting. The incident happened Tuesday in an area of Jasper County known as Wagon Branch.
Authorities said 5-year-old Deandre Robinson was inside his home when he was hit by gunfire. The boy was taken to the Ridgeland Fire Department by family and then was transported to Coastal Carolina Hospital in Hardeeville where he died. No arrests have been announced in connection with the shooting
