Becky Hill, the ex-Colleton County Clerk of Court who gained fame during Alex Murdaugh's double murder case, is facing trial herself.
Hill was taken into custody Wednesday in Colleton County. According to the jail records she was served warrants charging her with two counts of misconduct in office and one count of obstruction of justice.
She's free on thirty-thousand dollars bond. Hill is also under indictment for perjury in Richland County; no trial scheduled on that yet.
