Court records say Flood drove into rising water after Hurricane Florence while transporting two women.

Both 45 year old, Wendy Newton of North Carolina and 43 year old, Nicollete Green of Myrtle Beach died when the van filled up with water. Flood's then co-worker Joshua Bishop was in the van, he's been charged with two counts of Involuntary Manslaughter stemming from the incident.
