The health of a low country legislator is on the decline. Hugh Leatherman one of the most powerful figures in state politics is reportedly on end of life measures. The 90 year old State Senator and Finance Committee Chairman had returned to the hospital for further treatment following some recent surgery. He now is said to be under home hospice care.
