A road rage incident on I-26 near North Charleston Thursday has resulted in the death of a woman and the the arrest of two men. Police say, two vehicles collided after exiting onto East Montague Ave. One driver identified as 24 year old, Parker Norman Gour began following the other driver. The other driver has been identified as 24 year old, Austin Blayne Faltermeier.

Investigators say, Gour fired into Faltermeier's car after the collision. A woman in the car was hit and killed in the shooting. A child was also in the vehicle but was not injured. The victim has not been identified as of the time of this report.

Faltermeier faces assault and unlawful conduct toward a child charges stemming from the incident. Gour has been charged with manslaughter and a weapons violation.
