The third suspect police in the weekend shootout at Columbia's Columbiana Centre Mall is in custody. The Columbia Police Department says 21-year-od Amari Sincere-Jamal Smith turned himself in. He's being held in the Lexington County Detention Center charged with Attempted Murder, Unlawful Carry Of A Pistol and nine counts of Aggravated Assault and Battery. His bond hearing is scheduled for 1:00 PM Thursday afternoon.
