Patrons at a Mississippi restaurant had to protect themselves when an argument spiraled out of control into a chaotic brawl.
The incident occurred at the Juicy Seafood Kickin' Crab in Jackson after two groups dining at the establishment got into the violent clash.
Amid the pandemonium, customers threw napkin dispensers, chairs, and silverware to participate in the aggressive fight, reported Fox News.
Video of the altercation showed parents trying to protect their children as the melee takes over the restaurant and chairs are hurled across the room.
“It was very disruptive. I was concerned about the children that were involved when chairs were flying over them, so I called the police,” the restaurant’s assistant manager Stella Jones told WAPT.
No one can confirm what started the argument.
By the time police arrived to find the eatery in shambles, the two groups had already exited the restaurant.
“If citizens out there recognize people in the video, I hope they’ll call up the police or the police station and let them know so we can track these people down and hold them accountable,” Councilwoman Ashby Foote told the news outlet.
The restaurant owner gave surveillance video and pictures of car license plates from the parking lot to police.
No arrests have been made at this time.
