Turner is currently building the new TCAT Memphis Replacement Campus, a state-of-the-art facility for the Tennessee College of Applied Technology in Memphis. This approximately $70-million project will create a modern campus with advanced workshops, laboratories, and classrooms designed to train students in high-demand technical and trade skills. The scope includes constructing new educational spaces equipped with the latest technology to support programs such as automotive technology, welding, healthcare, information technology, and other vocational disciplines. As a replacement for the old campus, the new TCAT Memphis will significantly expand capacity and provide an upgraded learning environment for students and adult learners pursuing skilled trades.

Beyond the buildings themselves, the project’s community impact is substantial. The new campus will serve as a hub for workforce development in the Mid-South, helping to address the skilled labor shortage by preparing the next generation of tradespeople. By partnering with local organizations and educational institutions, TCAT and Turner are ensuring that this campus will foster economic independence and provide training opportunities for underrepresented communities.
