The Imagine Dragons are huge, as is singer Dan Reynolds.
They're the most successful rock band in the world right now, which makes you wonder how Reynolds finds the time to gewt as absoluely jacked as he is. According to trainer Brad Feinberg, Reynolds had a very specific goal when he started his fitness transformation at the beginning of last year. Feinberg said, "Dan wanted to look like a superhero."
While me might not be rescuing innocent civilians from Thanos, he is battling his own, personal obstacles. While facing an autoimmune disease, ankylosing spondylitis (AS), a chronic disease, ulcerative colitis, and depression, Reynolds came out of 2018 the healthiest he's ever been.
Reynolds workouts change daily, but for today, he'll follow the following program:
Wednesday
Warm up for 10 minutes.
Strength
Hinge Movement (usually Deadlift)
4 sets of 10 reps
Overhead Strict Press
4 sets of 10 reps
Flat Bench Press
4 sets of 10 reps
Weighted Crunch or Sit Up
4 sets of 10 reps
Low Intensity Cardio
20-plus minute run at a steady pace on treadmill
