It has been two years since White Reaper’s debut album, ‘The World’s Best American Band,’ and now the Louisville garage rockers are set to release their follow up. Their first album with Elektra Records will be called ‘You Deserve Love,’ and is due out October 18th. To get fans excited for the release, White Reaper has released a new single, ‘1F.’
White Reaper’s release of their new single, ‘1F’ comes with an accompanied music video directed by Mason Mercer. The band had previously released teaser tracks ‘Might Be Right’ and ‘Real Long Time,’ but is now ready to announce the full album. The band also released a number of tour dates this fall to promote ‘You Deserve Love.’
Speaking on the name of the album, the band revealed the title came from bassist Sam Wilkerson’s phone. “Everyone stopped me at You Deserve Love. I think it’s cool, because it’s true for everybody. I think it’s what everybody needs to hear,” said Wilkerson. Now that it has been announced, fans only have a few months left before the new White Reaper album is out.
