Food Insider shared a video this week titled 'Millennials try Cracker Barrel for the first time,' and it has elicited some strong reactions online after the New Yorkers seemed a bit cautious when it came to trying the chain's chicken fried steak, chicken n' dumplins and other options.
In response to some of the shade thrown towards the food, many noted that the participants don't understand the appeal of southern comfort food and that NYC cuisine didn't exactly prepare them for this.
One of the taste testers was able to win people over by praising the food not by its appearance, but by its taste.
All in all, the review certainly got people worked up and others hungry.
