For the IMAX The Batman Screening Contest, starting on February 21, 2022 at 12:00am PT and ending on February 27, 2022 at 11:59pm PT, enter by going to Audacy.com/alt949sd/contests, clicking on the IMAX The Batman Screening Contest link, and completely filling out the entry form. On or about February 28, 2022, five (5) winners will be selected in a random drawing of all eligible online entries received, subject to verification of eligibility. The (5) five verified winners will receive two (2) passes to an in-person screening of the IMAX The Batman screening taking place at AMC MISSION VALLEY 20 1640 CAMINO DEL RIO NORTH, SAN DIEGO, CA, 92108 on March 3, 2022. The prize is valued at approximately $40 and is provided by IMAX. Doors for the IMAX The Batman screening will open at 6:30pm PT on March 3, 2022 and the screening will begin at approximately 7pm PT. An email will be sent to the winner with details about their passes. The Batman is Rated PG-13.

The winner and any guest, if applicable, must comply with any and all COVID-19 vaccination, screening, testing, safety and related requirements imposed or required by (if applicable) the Station, the venue, event promoter, sponsors, travel providers, hotels, governmental authorities or others in connection with the receipt, use, and redemption of the prize which are available at https://www.imax.com/theatres/amc-mission-valley-20-imax ADDITIONALLY, THE WINNER AND GUEST MUST (A) WEAR A FACE MASK AT ALL TIMES; (B) PROVIDE PROOF THEY ARE FULLY VACCINATED; AND (C) PROVIDE PROOF OF A NEGATIVE COVID-19 TEST IN ORDER TO ENTER. FULLY VACCINATED IS TWO WEEKS AFTER RECEIVING A SECOND DOSE (OR TWO WEEKS AFTER THE SINGLE DOSE OF THE JOHNSONS & JOHNSON VACCINE). ACCEPTED US VACCINES ARE: PFIZER-BIONTECH, MODERNA, AND JOHNSON & JOHNSON. A NEGATIVE COVID TEST IS MOLECULAR, PCR, OR ANTIGEN THAT WAS ADMINISTERED BY AN OFFICIAL TESTING CENTER, LABORATORY, HEALTHCARE PROVIDER, OR PATIENT PLATFORM FOR A HEALTHCARE PROVIDER (e.g. HEALTHVANA, COMMONPASS, CLEAR HEALTH PASS ARE ALL ACCEPTABLE). A COVID-19 SELF TEST, SOMETIMES REFERRED TO AS A “HOME TEST” IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. COVID-19 SEROLOGY TESTS, NOTED AS ANTIBODY OR AB, IGG, OR IGM ARE BLOOD TESTS AND ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE. TEST RESULTS MUST BE DATED WITHIN FORTY-EIGHT (48) HOURS OF THE EVENT. THE COVID-19 REQUIREMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE BUT ARE NOT SUBJECT TO NEGOTIATION.  Refusal to comply with all applicable COVID-19 requirements will result in forfeiture of the prize and no replacement or alternate prize will be provided. All cancellations are deemed beyond the control of the Station and its sponsors. This includes, but is not limited to, event cancellations due to any pandemic or epidemic constituting a public health emergency, including those subject to government mandated quarantines, travel restrictions, or stay-at-home orders.  The Station and/or its sponsors shall in no way be responsible under any circumstances whatsoever for replacing, and/or for reimbursing any winner(s) with any form of compensation for, any prize(s) or portion(s) thereof forfeited due to the refusal of the winner(s) and/or their guest(s) to comply with all applicable COVID-19 requirements and/the cancellation of any event, nor will any alternate prize(s) be provided.
