Wednesday
Golden Haze - Hazy Blonde Ale - Is he a Dr or a Mad Scientist?! Dr Billheimer and the Ketch Brewing team have come up with an amalgamation of two very different styles; a Hazy IPA and a Blonde Ale. What came out of it Golden Haze is a drinking experience that will ensnare the senses and tantalize the taste buds with the body of a Blonde and the hop presence of a Hazy IPA but with none of the bitterness.

Thursday
Celestial Navigation IPA - Not very often does a new brewery knock it out of the park with their third batch of beer and their first IPA but Sam and the team at Ketch Brewing did! Celestial Navigation is a crushable San Diego Style IPA that is well balanced with tropical fruit aroma, and a light piney bitterness. Trust me there is a reason this beer has won A LOT of awards.

Friday
Midwatch Coffee Milk Stout - One of the latest developments in the Ketch Brewhouse is the freedom to explore and innovate different styles of beer outside of their already stellar core lineup. One of those beers is their Midwatch Coffee Stout, brewed in collaboration with DropKick Cold Brew. This beer takes a lighter approach to a stout, deemphasizing the roastyness of the malt and using instead Guatemalan sourced coffee to make up the body, its a light drinkable and refreshing take on the style.
