Google 'Thanos' to Get An 'Avengers' Easter Egg

Google is celebrating opening weekend of "Avengers: Endgame" with an Easter egg.

(KYKY) - "Avengers: Endgame" is now in theaters and to celebrate, Google placed a cool Easter egg on their site.

An "Easter egg" is a term that means hidden message. Pixar is famous for hiding Easter eggs in their movies.

Here's how the Google Easter egg works:

Google the name "Thanos" and click or tap the Gauntlet (gold glove) that shows up on the right side of the page.

The glove then snaps and Google results start disappearing.

Want to reverse the disappearing act? Snap again.

Make sure you have your sound on for the full effect!

"Avengers: Endgame" opened Friday and is expected to be a box office beast, possibly breaking the record-breaking prequel, "Avengers: Infinity War."
