Adrian is celebrating his 20th birthday with a very special photo shoot to come out as transgender.
The “It’s a boy” themed pictures were his mom’s idea to honor her son.
Heather, from Kentucky, admits she didn’t know exactly how to react when Adrian told the family he was transitioning. But she said they’d work through it and completely support him.

In the gender reveal style pics, Adrian and his mom and brother held up blue balloons and signs saying “it’s a boy.”
Heather shared the pictures on Facebook, saying, “When your child comes out as trans, the best thing to do is create a photo shoot to celebrate the fact that he silently and bravely stepped out of the race that he never wanted to be in, found his own lane and proceeded to win. HAPPY 20TH BIRTHDAY, Adrian!”
