If you're going to derail your career path over anything, it might as well be your love of giant steaks.

A 32-year-old guy posted on Reddit's "Am I the A-hole?" board earlier this week about how his 29-year-old coworker started a "vegans only" club at work.  His company lets people start "lifestyle" clubs that are partially subsidized by the company.


So he started a "meat eaters only" club.  And the people in the vegan club were so upset, they filed a complaint with HR because the meat club was, quote, "exclusionary, offensive to their lifestyle, and eating meat was not a lifestyle."

But HR wound up approving the meat club anyway . . . and now, once a week, the members of the meat club go out to a burger or steak place for dinner.

The guy says that even though HR approved his club, the woman who started the vegan club won't talk to him and the whole issue is dividing their office.

But the people on Reddit voted that this guy is . . . NOT the a-hole
