For the New Orleans vs. Washington football contest, you must be age twenty-one (21) or older and a legal resident of Louisiana or Mississippi to enter to win. From Monday, December 9, 2024 through Thursday, December 12, 2024, listen to Bayou 95.7 each day for the Station to announce a designated keyword. Each day you will have until 11:59pm (CT) to go to bayou957.com/contests, click on the link to enter this Contest, and complete the entry form including correctly entering each day’s designated keyword as announced on air the day of your entry. LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER EMAIL ADDRESS PER DAY. On Friday, December 13, 2024 at approximately 7:05am (CT) the Station will randomly select one (1) entry from among all eligible entries received through 11:59pm (CT) on Thursday, December 12, 2024, and announce the first and last name and town/city of residence of the entrant who submitted such selected entry. The announced entrant will have nine (9) minutes and fifty-seven (57) seconds from the first on-air Contest announcement to call the Station at 504-260-9595. If the announced entrant calls the Station within the allotted nine (9) minutes and fifty-seven (57) seconds, and correctly identifies themselves, such entrant will receive the one (1) Prize in this Contest (as described below), SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION OF ELIGIBILITY AND COMPLIANCE WITH THE CONTEST RULES (a “Winner”), and the Contest will end. If the announced entrant does not call the Station within the allotted nine (9) minutes and fifty-seven (57) seconds, then an alternate entry will be randomly selected, entrant’s first and last name and town/city will be announced, and such entrant will have nine (9) minutes and fifty-seven (57) seconds to call the Station. This will continue until a Winner is found or until, up to, but no more than, a total of four (4) alternate entries have been selected and Contest announcements made, whichever comes first. In the event that no Winner is selected after up to a total of four (4) alternate selections and Contest announcements, then no Winner will be selected in the Contest, no prize will be awarded, and this Contest will end.

a. Selected entrants’ names will be announced on air only ONCE. All decisions by Station with respect to this Contest, including, without limitation, whether or not a selected entrant called back within the allotted time period, are final and may not be appealed.

b. Once an individual entrant’s name has been selected and announced on-air, they cannot be selected and announced again.

c. In order to win, the actual selected Entrant (i.e., not just any person with the same name, even if residing in the same town/city) must personally call the Station within the allotted time, as determined by the Station in its sole and absolute discretion.

d. Only calls received to the studio contest phone number above are eligible to win (calls to any other phone numbers are not acceptable).

e. WARNING! ONLINE LISTENERS TO STREAMED BROADCASTS MAY EXPERIENCE A LAG IN TRANSMISSIONS DUE TO BUFFERING LIMITATIONS. CONTEST PARTICIPANTS SHOULD NOT RELY ON STREAMED BROADCASTS.

The one (1) verified Winner of this Contest, if any, will receive two (2) tickets to the New Orleans versus Washington football game on December 15, 2024 at Caesars Superdome and two (2) tickets to Saints VIP Tailgate on December 15, 2024 at Benson Tower, all valued at $500 and courtesy of Audacy Louisiana, LLC, and Bullseye Event Group. Redeeming and using the prize(s) in this contest requires for the winner(s) (i) to have a valid email address and an app-enabled mobile device capable of downloading and running a third-party mobile ticketing app (e.g., Ticketmaster, AXS, MLB, etc.); (ii) to install, or have already installed, such mobile ticketing app on their app-enabled mobile device; and (iii) to login into an existing user account or to sign up for a free user account with the third-party operating such mobile ticketing app by completing a form with all required information, including at a minimum first name, last name, and valid email address. THE PRIZE(S) IN THIS CONTEST CANNOT BE REDEEMED OR USED BY ANY MEANS OTHER THAN THE DESIGNATED THIRD-PARTY MOBILE TICKETING APP FOR THIS PRIZE. Refusal to comply with all applicable COVID-19 requirements will result in forfeiture of the prize and no replacement or alternate prize will be provided. All cancellations are deemed beyond the control of the Station and its sponsors. This includes, but is not limited to, event cancellations due to any pandemic or epidemic constituting a public health emergency, including those subject to government mandated quarantines, travel restrictions, or stay-at-home orders. The Station and/or its sponsors shall in no way be responsible under any circumstances whatsoever for replacing, and/or for reimbursing any winner(s) with any form of compensation for, any prize(s) or portion(s) thereof forfeited due to the refusal of the winner(s) and/or their guest(s) to comply with all applicable COVID-19 requirements and/the cancellation of any event, nor will any alternate prize(s) be provided.
