CONTEST RULES

These contest rules are specific to the above contest conducted by Audacy Massachusetts, LLC d/b/a WBGB (collectively, the “Station”). Except to the extent specifically set forth below with respect to this specific contest, the Station’s general contest rules apply to this contest as well. A copy of these specific contest rules and the Station’s general contest rules are available at the Station’s studio at 83 Leo M Birmingham Pkwy, Brighton, MA 02135 during regular business hours and on the Station’s website at https://www.audacy.com/big103boston/contest-rules. To the extent that the general contest rules differ from these rules, these rules will govern and control with respect to this Contest.

How to Enter

1.    No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win the Big 103's Free Tix To Stevie Nicks Contest (the “Contest”). A purchase or payment will not increase your chance of winning.

2.    From 12:00am ET on Wednesday, May 21, 2025 through 4:20pm ET on Friday, June 20, 2025, or the point at which twenty five (25) pairs of tickets have been given away in this Contest, go to www.big103.com/contests, click on the link to enter this Contest, and complete the entry form with all applicable and required information. Each individual who meets all applicable eligibility requirements set forth herein and who successfully completes the process of entering this Contest by means of the method described above shall be deemed an “Entrant”.

3.    Entrants may receive one (1) or more bonus entries by completing one (1) or more of the following actions:

a.    Follow the instructions on the contest entry page to share a unique contest entry URL with your friends. You will receive one (1) bonus entries for every valid entry received for this contest using the unique URL provided on your entry form. No bonus entries will be received if a friend enters the contest using any method other than the unique URL designated on your entry form. There is no limit to the number of bonus entries via this method of bonus entries.

b.    Entrants will receive one (1) bonus entries if they click the “Follow @stevienicks” on X button on the online entry page.

c.    Entrants will receive one (1) bonus entries if they click the “Follow @big103boston” on X button on the online entry page.

d.    Entrants will receive one (1) bonus entries if they click the “Follow @stevienicks” on Instagram button on the online entry page.

e.    Entrants will receive one (1) bonus entries if they click the “Follow @ big103boston” on Instagram button on the online entry page.

f.      Entrants will receive five (5) bonus entries if they click the “Download the Audacy App” button on the online entry page.

g.    Entrants will receive five (5) bonus entries if they click the “Listen Now” button on the online entry page.

h.    Station is not responsible for verifying any of the above actions, other than Entrant clicking the designated button(s).

How to Win

4.    This Contest shall commence at 1:20pm ET on Tuesday, May 26, 2025 and conclude on the earlier of either at 4:20pm ET on Friday, June 20, 2025, or the point at which twenty (25) pairs of tickets have been given away in this Contest, whichever is sooner. Each weekday (Monday through Friday only, excluding holidays) at approximately 1:20pm ET and 4:20pm ET, the Station will randomly select one (1) entry from among all eligible entries received through the time of such drawing, and announce the name and town/city of residence of the entrant who submitted such selected entry.

5.    The announced Entrant will have ten (10) minutes from the first on-air Contest announcement to call the Station at 617-655-1033. If the announced Entrant calls the Station within the allotted ten (10) minutes, they will win a Prize (as described in Section 6 below), subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the Contest rules (each such Entrant a “Prize Winner”). If the announced Entrant does not call the Station within the allotted ten (10) minutes, then no prize will be awarded for such Contest play.

a.    Only calls received to the studio contest phone number above are eligible to win (calls to the main radio station phone number or any other phone numbers are not acceptable).

b.    WARNING! ONLINE LISTENERS TO STREAMED BROADCASTS MAY EXPERIENCE A LAG IN TRANSMISSIONS DUE TO BUFFERING LIMITATIONS. CONTEST PARTICIPANTS SHOULD NOT RELY ON STREAMED BROADCASTS.

c.    There will be up to, but no more than, twenty five (25) Prize Winners selected in this Contest.

d.    You may only be a Prize Winner ONE (1) time in this Contest.

e.    All entries not selected as a Prize Winner will be retained and included in all subsequent drawings in this Contest. If a selected Entrant does not call the Station within the allotted ten (10) minutes, that Entrant will be returned to the pool of entries and will be included in all subsequent drawings.

Prize(s)

6.    The up to twenty five (25) verified Prize Winners of this Contest will each receive two (2) tickets to Stevie Nicks on August 12, 2025 at TD Garden, located at 100 Legends Way, Boston, MA 02114 (the “Prize”). Each Prize is valued at $199.00 and is courtesy of Live Nation.

a.    Redeeming and using the Prize in this Contest requires for the Winner(s) (i) to have a valid email address and an app-enabled mobile device capable of downloading and running a third-party mobile ticketing app (e.g., Ticketmaster, AXS, MLB, etc.); (ii) to install, or have already installed, such mobile ticketing app on their app-enabled mobile device; and (iii) to login into an existing user account or to sign up for a free user account with the third-party operating such mobile ticketing app by completing a form with all required information, including at a minimum first name, last name, and valid email address. THE PRIZE(S) IN THIS CONTEST CANNOT BE REDEEMED OR USED BY ANY MEANS OTHER THAN THE DESIGNATED THIRD-PARTY MOBILE TICKETING APP FOR THIS PRIZE. INDIVIDUALS WHO DO NOT HAVE A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS, ACCESS TO AN APP-ENABLED MOBILE DEVICE AND/OR DO NOT COMPLY WITH THE FOREGOING REQUIREMENTS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REDEEM OR USE THE PRIZE(S) IN THIS CONTEST SHOULD THEY BE SELECTED AND VERIFIED AS A WINNER, WILL NOT RECEIVE A SUBSTITUTE PRIZE, AND SHOULD NOT ENTER THIS CONTEST.

b.    The Winner(s) and any guest(s), if applicable, must comply with any and all COVID-19 vaccination, screening, testing, safety and related requirements imposed or required by (if applicable) the Station, the venue, event promoter, sponsors, travel providers, hotels, governmental authorities or others in connection with the receipt, use, and redemption of the Prize. Refusal to comply with all applicable COVID-19 requirements will result in forfeiture of the Prize and no replacement or alternate Prize will be provided. All cancellations are deemed beyond the control of the Station and its sponsors. This includes, but is not limited to, event cancellations due to any pandemic or epidemic constituting a public health emergency, including those subject to government mandated quarantines, travel restrictions, or stay-at-home orders.  The Station and/or its sponsors shall in no way be responsible under any circumstances whatsoever for replacing, and/or for reimbursing any Winner(s) with any form of compensation for, any Prize(s) or portion(s) thereof forfeited due to the refusal of the Winner(s) and/or their guest(s) to comply with all applicable COVID-19 requirements and/the cancellation of any event, nor will any alternate Prize(s) be provided.
