Tom Brady is living up to his word.
He has -- at least for the moment -- took another big step toward putting the Northeast in his rearview mirror.
Days after it was learned that Brady and his wife Gisele Bundchen finally sold their Brookline mansion, the New York Post reports that the couple has unloaded its $37 million New York City apartment.
With both properties now sold Brady and Bundchen are seemingly firmly entrenched as residents of Florida, with their recent purchase of a property in the exclusive Miami-area "Billionaire Bunker" serving as evidence.
There is one caveat: According to the Post report Brady is keeping a smaller residence in New York City.
The new owner of Brady's now-former New York digs is a Connecticut-based financier. The purchase price is a big step up from what Tom and Gisele originally bought the property for in 2018 ($25.46 million).
The apartment has five bedroom and 5 1/2 bathrooms and includes a 1,900 square-foot terrace. For a closer look at the property, click here.
